Just ordered my SLK 55 AMG. Will have it in late October.

1. Can anyone tell me exactly what differences, if any, there are between the 2005 and 2006 model years? (Mechanical differences, not just the deletion of caspian blue and the addition of pewter.) I tried a search but got no results. If this has already been discussed here, please send the thread link.

2. Can anyone tell me where I can find online, perhaps in PDF, the owner's manual for the 06 model year? (The complete manual, not the interactive one.)

1) There appear to be no material differences. Various "bug fixes" have been incorporated as they have been developed. Option packages are slightly different, but the components are essentially the same. Some features, such as the easy entry seat position memory work slightly differently.

2) Don't know.

2. Thanks, samhmbz, for sending the manual, but I didn't get it. Since it's a huge PDF doc, maybe the doc size exceeded your or my host server max. Could you please try it again? Most appreciated.
