Why its important to add your location to your profile (AND to our group's map!)

It keeps saying my zip code is invalid. =(

hmmm, ignore the zip code method.
Press the 'Not in US' link, (even though you are!)
Now you should be able to simply add your city and country successfully without needing to enter a zip code.

Genius use of google maps. Considering it's come up 1 block from my house. I'm wondering if its a little too good though. Not sure I want everyone knowing where a shiney new SLK is parked.

Ianx, I registered yesterday, and would like to add my Benz vehicles and city location to my profile. I have read this thread several times, but have had no luck amending my profile. Any assistance would be most appreciated. Dinoman

Ianx, I was part of the first batch of members of this forum to add my location on the map but lately I have to magnify the map three of four times before my tag appears. I live in Montréal which is the most important city in Québec but it does not appear on the map. Instead, there is Longueuil, a small district of Montréal (can you imagine looking for London on a map and in it's place, there's White Chappel!!!). Also, I tried to change my orange tag into a blue one, but I don't know how. This map is a great initiative but TBPH I think this frappr.com website is not very user-friendly. [V]
