Frank: There are so many discrepancies with this out fit, it is very hard to believe anything they say or promise.
Example: On March 30, 2005 they email me stating ,
" We are happy to inform you that almost all backordered items have been processed by now and the last few which include your order, are on their way from our factory in China".
Then they send you a photo of a supposed module with an unreadable manual, where the module clearly says " MADE IN USE ". Very interesting, huh? Watters
and thus the reason they won't be put back up and this thread will remain until they do fulfill all the orders.

I am in the same situation. I have ordered the vario roof module in Jan 2005. In June I have got an e-mail that the module will be shipped to me.
But I never received anything.
Now, they told me the parcel may have been lost and they are waiting for an answer from the delivery company.
I am not sure what I should do now.
Is there any point in waiting any longer for the module? Will they ever ship one out?

Its seems their delivery company have lost a countless number of parcels!
It appears to be their standard excuse.
The general advice is to reclaim from your Credit Card Company.
I'm glad to see that Frank has taken on board all the issues with this company that various people here are having. After all, this forum is the best one by far and so much better than 'that other one' with World in the name IMO [:)]
