Looks like all 260 roof modules that he sent out have got lost, pretty bad luck, as i don't know anyone who has received yet one of these 260 that have been sent out!
what does orders, etc. mean?
we have shipped over 900 orders in total over the past 9 months. please specify the order number you enquire about.

I have been reading posts about this so-called company for several months and I am amazed that those who have outstanding, undelivered orders have not demanded return of their money. If I had an order 'out there' I would call my credit card company this morning and request the charge be removed from my account. It is clear that this might be a 'sham' company with no product to ship. Get your money back, folks. There is no chance in hell that you will ever see the product you ordered. Let you credit card company go after their money. They have more clout than any individual customer.
These types of 'companies' operate like a pyramid scheme. Build a web site, unregistered company with a nice logo, take orders, process the credit cards, ship no products, when customers complain, make excuses, when legal action is threatened, pay partial refunds from charges to other, new customers, continue process until claims far exceed funds available, close up shop without notice, reopen under a new company logo, start process over again. Foreign customers such as those in the US will have zero recourse in the courts, in any case the dollar figure would put a case like this in small claims court anyway. It is a great scam and there have been hundreds of these since the proliferation of Internet sales.

our records indicate that all orders have been sent by now. we do have reports from 3 customers that their parcel has never arrived, for one customer the postal service indicates delivery, for one it has declared a lost item and the other one is still under investigation. it is not our intention to delay or to not deliver at all - it never was and it never will be - hundreds of happy customers with delivered items will agree.
however, we are working to resolve all open issues together with any customer as soon as possible. if there are others who haven't received a delivery, they need to contact us so we can verify their address and get in contact with the postal service to find out what happened.

What I would like for everyone that ordered is to either post here, PM or email me your order number and I will make them give me tracking information for these "so called" lost parcels, etc.
If you're tired of waiting, then I suggest just having Paypal and/or your credit card revert the charge. I will do my best to resolve orders that are still pending.
I ordered my roof module November 2004 and was told then it woudl be upto 6 weeks! Since then i have had numerous excuses and have twice been told one has been sent to me and that they have both been lost in the post. They have also told me 260 have been sent out but i do not know anyone with one. I have asked them to prove they exist (fax me a copy of the instrcutions, photo of the actual item etc, none of which they have done) and provide me tracking numbers (again which they have not provided).
They tole me was and i quote
"It is not clear at the moment what happened to your parcel. Uk postal service says it has been returned But can't confirm when exactly - usps says it is still at customs for processing."

I'm in the same boat - I want the podule, which is why I'm hanging on to see if it arrives - do you think (after waiting all this time) it could finally be the time to forget about it, and try to claim the money back offthe credit card company?? I regret doing that, after having waited so long, but realisticly - if someone finally does make one, I'm sure we will be able to get one quicker than 10 Months.
