The first one they gave me didn't work. The monitor said there was no disk even though there was one in there. They gave me another disk and the same problem.
Does anybody know if there is a reset button I should be using or do I have a defaulty command unit. Also, should it matter that its the MY05SLK disk when my car is an 06?
I looked at the Navigation DVD in the trunk & couldn't find a reset button. They may need to slide out the unit and check the connection. ..Maybe this is karma for not writing out your Vegas road trip experiences[}:)]
Congrats on getting your car! I'm taking it in tomorrow for its first 1000 miles check up so I'll just have them look at the nav thing too. I was just hoping I could have gotten it to work. =\
I also got an 05 DVD with an 06 car, and it's working fine.
I think I might've gotten an extra freebie - My Nav drive had what looks like a DVD for Europe already in it, and there was also a DVD for N. America in a case. Did you guys also end up with a European DVD?

I have been getting this error. My map froze, even after turning off the engine and restarting, so I ejected the Nav DVD. That sorted out the frozen screen but since then I get the No Nav DVD from time to time for 10 secs, but it works after that. Weird.
