RE: Monaco Grand Prix
Angela,
Thanks for the pictures. How about some additional info such as where did you stay, how long were you in Monaco, how did you get there and how did you book the trip?

RE: Monaco Grand Prix
Hey Mel,
we were in Monaco from the Wednesday before the race (arrived just in time for a liquid lunch!), and left the Monday morning after the race. We stayed in the Fairmont Hotel (previously known as the Monte Carlo Grand Hotel). The view in the last pic is from our balcony, which I think is great, cos you actually get to see the cars slow down for the hairpin, they don't just whiz past!!! We booked through International Motor Racing. The minimum stay was for those 5 nights. Fabulous time, I loved every second of it.
Any more questions please do ask!!!
I shall post more pics soon, sorry it took me so many tries to get the hang of it!!!

The pic of the first SLK F1 Safety care is not Monaco.

Very witty Woolly [:D]
Not sure if anyone is interested, but we also had dinner in the Hotel de Paris, and sitting at the table next to us was Bernie Ecclestone. Didnt mean much to me, but my husband was rather impressed!

RE: Monaco Grand Prix
Angela,
I was up at Stand B for Friday and Saturday and Stand K for race day. Did not see the SLR [:(]
But did get to see a lot of the Spyker C8 Spyders...
And out in front of the Hotel Hermitage, two Enzo F's, two 430 F's, a 612 F and the amazing Maserati MC12.
We stayed on a small ship in the harbour for the 3 days and had a fantastic time.
If anyone ever gets the chance to attend the Monaco GP go for it, it is an amazing place for a great race.
Rod.
