Washed my new SLK today, and took some pics on a nice fall day in Southern Illinois.

Nice fall colors make the Firemist Red shine. I love my SLK.

I ordered in June and took delivery at the end of October. I was hoping to get a little more time before the snow starts :-)

Some pictures of my new red head. Six weeks old. What a gem.

Added the iPod kit at MB. Very happy with the results.

Had an after market clear bra added. The entire nose, half the hood, both side view mirrors, the rocker panels, and the sides of each door are covered.

Here it is, sold my SLK350 and bought an Iridium silver/ black interior with 030 AMG Performance Package , 319 Lighting Package, 326 Premium Package, 420 Entertainment Package. Sorry I couldn't get pics with the top down but I took them after I got the windows tinted: 25% front, 15% rear. I also washed the car, mothers clay bar, wax and zaino, it was dark so you can't really see the hard work I put into making this car shine. I'm thinking about getting LSD wing doors, kleemann kompressor limited Slip differential and stage 2 Kleemann ECU.

My 55 arrived a couple of weeks ago the day I returned home from overseas. Haven't stopped driving it since, except for Zaino. Definitely worth the wait.[8D]
