Hy,

what can you tell me about final design od 2004 slk? I found so many pictures on net and i wonder how will new slk really look!

As far as I know, there is no 'final' design yet. All that's out there are only spy photos and photoshop guesses of what will be coming.

I hope its a good one as i've left a deposit for it.

I also hope they don't make a mess of the interior. Can't say I like what BMW have done to the inside of the Z4.

I gave a deposit of Â£500 in June last year but since then I topped it up to Â£2,000 with a deposit for a 2002 230 SLK I decided not to purchase because I bought a 200 SLK to fill the gap until 2004.

I think a lot depends on the UK dealer, I hear some are willing for you just to sign a reserve letter without any deposit.

Trouble is I hear the orders can't be taken from dealers to Mercedes until nearer the time of production, so I assume any initial queue seems likely to be bottlenecked at the local dealer.

one wanted $1,000 and the one I placed the order
with only asked for $500.
