I guess you mean the little nuts that hold the bracket in place.<br>

They look like little cylinders about 10mm in diameter and they are threaded on the inside and have little teeth on the outside. They are meant to be pressed into a hole of the proper diameter and the teeth keep them firmly in place. There's also a little flange at one end to keep them from going all the way through the hole.<br>

Personally, I think they made the install more difficult with these things. There are much easier solutions that wouldn't require drilling
