Hate it when ppl call the SL and SLK roofs "soft top"

*cringe*

Oh well... it does lead to an interesting discussion on explaining vario roof technology etc [:)]

Soft top views

on the other side of the coin, I have freinds who thought my car was a hard-top. Then once I arrived with the roof down, and my friends thought I had 2 cars, exactlly the same colour.... they didn't realise it was a "soft-top"

vario-roof must be old news now

as my '03 32 rarely gets looked at when the top is going up or down.

I still get people watching. Before owning this car, I had never seen the roof in operation, except for at the dealership.

I think it's still pretty cool.
