If you are asking if you can exchange air bags from a wreck to your car, yes you can. The air bag triggers are not in the bag itself, and if the bag fits correctly you are good to go.
I changed out the air bag in my 190E because mine was starting to split at one of the seams. The "new" one came from Potomac German Auto, a local wrecking yard. I have no idea what year it came out of, or what the VIN was, it don't matter if the part fits right.
If you do the job yourself, be sure to disconnect the battery first, and leave it un connected while you work.

Hi Bruce R,
first of all thanx for promt reply.
I asked if I can exchange Airbag Control Module (also known as SRS Control Module) which is situated at under radio/head unit in front of the gear selector under center console behind ashtray.
I try to add picture of module which can help for you to identify which part I am talking about.
this is CLK320 Airbag Control Module but looks same with SLK or some other MB Airbag Control Module.
by the way if I disconnect battery for several hours will that help to erase all soft and hard codes from this module? check the link below it has some info about hard and soft codes on module.

The part number code on the module doesn't indicate that it was built for a specific module Benz, so it may be safe to assume that it is correct for a number of classes. If the part number is the same as the one in your car, you should be good to go. If not, don't use it unless you have a GOOD cross reference chart that states it is an OK swap.
On reading the link, there is a good troubleshooting info there, go with it and check things as they indicate first.
Pulling the battery leads will erase the stored codes in the computer, but I doubt that there are any codes stored in that module to erase.
Check connector under passenger seat is plugged in fully.
hi Bazzle,
believe me that I checked connector under passenger seat at least 20 times after I bought this vehicle. even I disconnect and clean contacts (of course while switch was off)
no cure
I dont understand something;
if module is faulty which part causes red "SRS" light lid left part of the dashboard ??????
yea if the modual goes faulty or anything goes faulty in the air bag system, the light comes on
when replacing the airbag modual, make sure u disconnect the battery. plug n hte new modual, then reconnect the battery. it may need to be initialized by the dealer(some makes of car do, some dont).
don't buy a used modual if the airbags were deployed on the car (once the airbags on a car has been deployed, the modual goes bad)
