Anyone selling snow tires/wheels? - Benzworld.org

Thanks rage2 for the snow tire info.

So, does anyone on the forum have any snow tires for sale? I couldn't find any recent ones in the classifieds.

I would either be interested in purchasing a set of 4 snow tires to fit the stock wheels (16x7" and 16x8") or I might also be interested in buying a set of snow tire/wheel combo.

I have a set of goodyear ultra grip snow tires from my SLK 230 which I just sold. I wasn't too pleased with them, they work good in light snow, but when we get a blizzard up here and deep snow and ice, there's a chance of getting stuck. The SLK 230 only had ASR so that doesn't help either. On dry days they're much grippier than the competition.

I just want to get rid of them, so if you pay shipping, you can have 'em.

Let me check the amount of wear on the tires first. Don't want you to pay for shipping for a set of worn tires [:D].
