New/overhaul Eaton m62

I'm looking for a new or a overhaul eaton m62 komressor for my engine. Since I'm gonna install a new kompressorwheel on it(allrwady have a larger crank wheel), I want a SC in good condition. I have searce alittle but I cant find a company that does it. All I can find is used one on ebay. So, is there some that overhaul the eaton m62?

You need to talk to Wade Embree from thehighspeedlab.com. Not only can he make a smaller blower pulley he can also strip and recoat your inner casing/rotors with an abrabdable coating that will vitrually eliminate the rather larger gaps on older blower like the M62 and the M45!

I had an aftermarket Eaton supercharger on my Miata. It's been a while, but Magnuson was used by several Miata owners for repair and overhaul. I contacted them for repair information via email, and they were very helpful.

Magnusson and Capa are the authorized dealers and repair/rbnbuild dist. for Eaton but if a person is going to take the time to have the blower rebuilt then making it more efficent while installing a smaller pulley to spin it even faster is the only way to proceed IMHO!

I got an answer now, 550 for a total M62 overhaul pluss coating of the rotor, did'nt say anything about the coating of the case. Anyway, then I'll just have to remove the SC. Is it just to take of the Intakehouse and a couple of hoses to remove it?

I know that the pully mod in an inexpensive way to increase boost, but if boost is the trick why not retrofit the m90 eaton supercharger to the slk230

Kleemann went throught with R&D but scraped it in the end. Seriously guys, I know it fun modding but if power is what you want, a used Slk 32 is your best option. Mods like header, exhaust, cams, throttle body....etc give you pennies hp and cost alot of money.

I give you wright about that statement, but you should know even better then me that its not the same if you have stock car who anyone can buy if he have money, or if you have a car which is masterpiece for you, a car you work on for hours , days, months, even years to mod him to that level. And that feeling of owning such a car could not be beatten by owning no other stock car.

But, if you are going just for power, then of course-it is cheaper and much easyer to take SLIK 32 write at the beggining.
