Job is EXTREMLY easy to do.
there is two tabs on your window.
One on the outside one on the inside.
The inside one is 90%of the time the one that feel of.
Get some epoxy or JB Weld and apply it on top of the other one.
it should fit like two L's seperated by the window.
Taking the door panel off is easy.
Just do a simple search and you will find out how.

I have a question about the glue, the person that replace the passenger side window did not glue the metal L clipto the glass, I have tried to glue it with gorilla glue with no success 3 times now. Any suggestion?

I wouldn't think Gorilla glue would work with that. I've had success with a product called, JB Weld. Its held up for several years. It's like a miracle epoxy thats been around for decades and I've yet to see anything since that can even come close to it.

Thanks on the advice will give it a try this weekend hopefully the weather will coperate. I was gonna give up doing it, but mind over matter!
