I have seen soon W/R's on cheap cars where they have express up with out obstacle detection. Not a good idea given recent liability lawsuits in the US. If a vehilce has express up functions it is often coupled with obstacle detection devices such as current draw monitoring or motor speed monitoring or pressure strips in the seals.
The current requirements for obstaclle detection and reversal are in place to prevent cases where children have suffocated when the had there head out to window and the window went up crushing the kids windpipe (It has happened).
Any way with out hardware and most likely software with specially written algorithums you won't be able to do it properly. If you choose to proceed, you probably need a special multi position switch to do it. Check the late 90's FIAT Punto for the window switch. It had express up without anti-pinch. Check your current car. it has two positions on the switch for the downward travel. One for jogging the window down and another for the express down feature.

My '99 C class has auto up and down and my '02 slk doesn't, just auto down. Also the C has the electronic key, while the slk has the push button switchblade. (I'll never get the keys mixed up) And the C has electronic controls for the heat and a/c. I guess MB wanted there to be some differences with the cars.
