Clear headlight ?!!!!!!

OK, I finally received my clear headlights per group buy,
They were ordered for halogen,
but I am confused since there are two bulb connectors in the housing,
One for the standard h4 and a smaller for a unknown type of bulb,

Has anyone else run into this concern?
Jon

I am about to order the same set and was also wondering about that.
The description says 'A parking light feature is added into these new Headlights, which is located underneath the main beam'. How are they controlled and what bulbs are used? I've read posts from those that have installed the headlights, but kn one has mentioned these mystery lights.

The little parking light in the main headlight housing is for european-spec cars. Our North American-spec cars don't have the wiring for it.

You'll also notice that the parking light bulb and socket (the big one) on the new headlights comes with a single-filament bulb. Again, this is euro-spec. You need to use your original bulb and socket. It fits.

These headlights were obviously designed for the euro market...but it's not a big deal.

We have parking lights on our cars ( no one ever uses them ) our light switch has two more clicks after off, first cick is drivers frt and rear side light 2nd is pass side.

its so peeps can see the outside edge of your car parked on unlit roads

You could have them as running lights that come one when car starts ( I.E VOLVO ). When they made that law( running lights ) in SWEDEN the crash rate droped by 30% !! I allways drive with side lights on even on a sunny day for just the reason. Plus there going to make it law in the uk aswell soon
