Not that I'm aware - that is an accurate match, that is - just order directly from Viponds.

I just completed my entire interior - all of it, mind you - still have some left over and it is a perfect match. I pulled all the components to be painted so it was a bit different than doing them while still in the car.

I didn't use a brush nor did I use a so-called lint free cloth; instead I used a flat pad, the kind one would use for doing edge work on a wall to be painted...gives a great finish, is efficient, and gives great coverage.

Hassle free - easily done - else use a brush if you don't want to pull the components.

But get the paint from Viponds.

Hi all,
Ordered my paint from Viponds just about a month ago now, leather sand. Still no response since the paypal order confirmation or delivery of paint. Anybody on here able to get in touch with them and find out the status of orders pls help. Thank you.

I ordered mine a month ago, it arrived within 5 days. Have you emailed them to find out the problem. I have a phone number that was on my shipping receipt, it is.....

Thank you very much for sharing your solution to the SLK console peeling problem. I have just bought an SLK 230 here in Japan. The console is a red colour and has a few places that need touching up. I am not confident that I can find that kind of paint here.

I am going to take this car back to Australia, so I will probably try to get the VIPONDS paint there. Is that where you got it?

Yes, I forgot to say the paint came from Australia. I think that is the only place that you can get this exact paint.

Thanks for confirming the colour match for the red console. That means I don't have to bother with cross-referencing colour codes. Much appreciated! Thanks again to Bruce A for the solution.
