Yes all the colours have been matched - there are two reds however, (the Benz names are 'crimson' and 'scarlet')-- so go back 6 posts and put your VIN into the link on 408 to check your correct colour - quote the name and number to Viponds (ask for Benz Tautflex paint)
It was either on this forum or another where this subject was raised that a post turned me on to Liftoff #5. It's available for about $8/bottle at HomeDepot and it is exactly the solution for removal of old paint. I had been using a paste paint remover that requires a great deal of attention to prevent damaging the plastic. Not Liftoff! The directions say spray on, wait one minute and wipe off with a cloth. I found that liberally spraying and waiting about 4-5 minutes then working it with a stiff bristle nylon brush and small strokes makes the old stuff literally peel off in minutes. I did the center console in about an hour without removing seats. When looking for the liftoff #5, I also found a 3 pack of brushes, 1 nylon, 1 brass, and 1 steel, for about $4 in the same section as liftoff. Get these and give it a couple weekend afternoons and you'll be done! I did it and I have absolutely NO aptitude for this stuff, so I know you can do it!
I have looked the interior color up as TheJimbo said and now need to find the paint. Does anyone have suggestions for finding galaxy blue + merlin blue
(202)?
Thank you for ANY help!

If Volico don't have 202 in stock, you can do what we did in the beginning and send your little panel under the steering wheel to Viponds who will match it exactly to the colour and level of sheen -- the last one we did was mondrian blue (code 222 so it is a different colour to yours)
Half of the panel below has been repainted to check the match
The Viponds product is handy if you do not wish to remove the console as it is not a spray.
