Jimbo - glad you have the info. -- I am picking up and mailing a litre of 215 Siam beige in the next couple of days for Baysic who sent me a panel for matching.

Suggest you contact him in about 10 days as it will take that long for the paint to be mailed from here - (he is in the US)

The paint willed be already dulled down to the right lo gloss level - you would need only about 50-100 mls for touch up (you could do the whole console with 100 mls)

If you send me your email address, would be happy to email fact sheet on how to apply for a good result

Anyone ever strip the paint completely and repaint a different colour? PS That is the correct spelling...

Good timing Kevin, I have just picked up 500mls of :
Anthracite - (for Black98slk230)
Salsa Red - (for 98slkowner3016)
Siam Beige- (for Baysic)

They are all in the USA and will be posted today - suggest you contact Black98slk230 in about 10 days.

If anybody else wants any of these 3 paint colours, I understand that the above members are willing to share.

Hey guys, oberoi is shipping the paint to me so like he said I should get a big litre or so in about 10 days. After I get it, I will ship it out in small bottles or what not, however much you will need. I will have to figure out all the pricing and shipping stuff when I get the paint. Go ahead and PM me if you want the black anthracite paint and I will get back to you once I receive it. And thank oberoi for supplying!

Hi Oberoi, took delivery of an slk few months ago and a lot of the paint had peeled but the dealer had it fixed before I drove away. Anyhow since then the girlfriends bracelets scratch the side panel whenever she rides with me. I would love to touch up the interior, how can you get some of that paint to me and how much do you charge?
