Hi Sick squid - I have one other request for 225 so suggest share 1/2 litre mix - coverage is about 2sq. ft x4 coats per 100mls.

I have a UK bank a/c so that part is easy - send me email so that I can send you fact sheet etc.

I'll work out the costs for 300-400ml and PM you

I used a product from SEM. It was a cleaner but made it bubble up like paint remover, I then sprayed it off with water. I now have just the black plastic with white accent peaces. Looks kinda cool that way.

Hi oberoi,

I collected my paint from the local post office. (They don't like delivering anything larger than magazines). I got my "notification to collect" earlier in the week but didn't have time until today. The package is stamped received in Trinidad on October 13 which makes it just over two weeks. Not bad for regular post I think.

I can't thank you enough for all of your hard work in organizing this for me, the bottle labelling and wrap packaging et al.

I'll be going on a short vacation to St. Marteen from tomorrow ;-) so won't be getting around to trying out the paint for a while but will be sure to let you know how it goes when I do...

Thanks again,
eKeith

Hi Oberoi

A little late, but i just wanted to thank you for helping the entire SLK-owners community with our peeling paint.

I did receive the siam-beige paint here in Denmark, and now, after a couple of weeks i finally have had the time to paint my interior.

I only had small spots of peeling, so i didn't bother to paint the hole piece, but instead I just stippled the spots, without any further blending.

And.. it was spot on... I really can't tell where I have painted and where it is original paint.

Thansk once again... Im so happy for my renewed SLK230!

Alex

Thanks Alex,

Good to know it arrived in good shape - I've been using all sorts of containers!

Quick update on supplies: (as at 31 Oct)

Sienna beige/leather sand 225 - 200mls avail.
Siam beige 215 -- one request - need more to share cost
Salsa red/scarlet 227 - all sent out - 1 member has 1 litre and may share
Anthracite/charcoal - all sent out - 1 request on list

Cost is $13.50 USD incl mailing to USA per 100mls
(100 mls covers about 2 sq ft x 4 coats)
