How did you clean the MAF?
Should not do that normally.
Recheck connector, remove neg batt lead for 30 minutes and try again.

I removed the meter itself with the special torx screws. ive cleaned it with a with a dry que tip. The plastic tube with degreaser.
The whole MAF was internaly covered with a layer of oil. probably from the kompressor
The reason that i cleaned that, was engine stalling when pulling up.

Can it be that a faulty Spark plug disengaged the SC? (for security reaons maybe?)

Normally you only spray with brake clean and shake dry, no mechaical touching or you may damage wire.
Do you know someone with another one you can try?
