RE: Top Gear

Last I heard Clarkson made Ford buy back the GT40 and had been slamming it.

From what I read Ford gave him his money back but he still has an option to bay it back again.
I think his biggest gripe was the alarm system, it used to go off any time (like 2'oclock in the morning)Ford could not fix it and his wife said it had to go!
I think Ford were afraid of the the negitive publicity as he is cedited with "singularly bringing down Rover"

RE: Top Gear

According to Clarkson on top gear a few weeks back the Tracker system kept activating itself and he would get calls from Tracker hq saying his GT40 had been stolen....even when he was driving it - then they threatened to shut it down because he couldnt remember his password lol..

TRACKER

Thats a common fault but can be rectified easily. I KNOW CAUSE I WORK FOR TRACKER !! he should have asked me...
however, it will not go off if the engine is running. its designed as a movement detector, eg: going on a trailer/truck/other illegal nmovement. If the keys are in the car then it won't go off !
