I've looked around everywhere and their certian products that i seem to see from Brabus but not Lorinser..

does anyone have any pictures or Lorinser handbrakes or automatic shift knobs?

Never seen any ... especially handbrakes. Lorinser never really made too many "interior components" for general sale for the SLK ... only way I have ever seen was a total custom job in Germany.
