SLK 230 - EC button not working and light indicator is on....

I am new to the forum today. I have an SLK230 yr 98. I often has the AC on, so have not use the EC. Then 2 wks ago I turn it on and the EC light won't come on. After several presses, it works again. I thought it just got stuck. Same thing happen next several days, then now it won't turn on at all. Next day I notice the light indicator when your light(s) go out is on. All the lights are ok, not loose at all, and break lights are ok too. How can I fix the EC and the light indicator. Thanks for any suggestions.

Could be a bad relay.

0 and . it won't work

1 thru 5 it will turn on.

EC button is off and on again, but got the light bulb indicatior fixed...it was the break light housing.
