Any of you guys compete at rallies or autocross with auto transmission? Still on the fence about ditching mine for a manual, but if fun can be had with an auto, I'll give it a try!

I have been lucky enough to manage a few trophies with my '98 SLK 230.....
They only came with an automatic back then......
You can shift the auto just like a manuel if you want, and you get the same, or nearly the same results both on the track and at an autocross. Give it a try, and don't let anybody tell you it can't be done.
We run a very popular autocross series every year, and have a number of people show up from as far as Richmond and even the New York City area. Be advised that the open slots fill up fast. If you're interested in joining us, the sooner you contact Tom Newman the better.
