I use 3000 miles/Mobil 1 5W-30/Myself and dealer for FSS.
I will change at 1000 miles then every 3000 miles. I don't put that much milage on my car so I'm using 3000 miles instead of FSS, right now with 320 miles on the odo, FSS says I have 9600 miles till an oil change. Ummm, yea, I don't think so.

3000-4500mi/ Mobil 1 10W-30/Dealer and dealer for FSS

1K miles 1st change, 5K thereafter/Mobil 1 5W- or 10W-30/Alternate between dealer & DIY, like Bruce.
