Any other options such as automatic transmission, heated seats, CD changer, or phone?

Assuming it doesn't have any of those options, it's pretty close to the middle ground between trade-in and retail, maybe $300 to $400 on the high side. So, it's not a steal and it's not a rip-off, it's just fair.
I have nearly the exact same car for sale except it has CD changer and only 12,000 miles, I'm asking $34,000.
K2 package was CD changer and portable phone???.....(more)
....individual opitions were as follows:

Metalic Paint
Heated seats
CD changer
Integrated mobile phone
Docking portable phone
Sport package wasn't even available till mid year.
Sport package was definitely available at the beginning of the '99 model year...
Also, automatic transmission was another option.
The only mid-year change was that cruise control was added to models with manual transmissions, so there are a few hundred '99 SLKs with manual transmissions that don't have cruise control. Something to look out for if you use cruise control often.
...I'm seeing so much higher than 33.9k. I was quoted 35.6k for a 1999 Starmark Certified silver MT. I'd appreciate any advice you guys may have. Thanks in advance.
