Interesting new problem, or is it a problem? My car's water broke yesterday
I took the car to my usual spot for an oil change. While it is a jiffy lube and that is sort of scary, the guys there are used to me now and do a good job.

When I returned from McDonald's next door for some fine dining, the guy looked a little scared and he called me over. There was a huge pool of liquid under the passenger side front 1/4 panel. It wash washer fluid - he said he thinks there is a hole in my reservoir because apparently all the fluid they put in just ran right out on the floor.

The strange thing is that the reservoir is buried somewhere, my wiper fluid low level indicator is not lit up, and the washers work - I never use them anyway.

I am wondering if there is some sort of release valve above the tank or something that drains out if it is overfilled. It is possible these clowns just put too much in and it somehow was let out. Anyone have any working knowledge of the reservior, where it is, if it has some sort of overfill valve on it, etc.?
The extension neck on the tank doesn't always fit right....
so as the tank fills up anything in the neck dribbles out at the tank/neck connection. it's not a big deal, just annoying.
When they installed LoJack in my car, the dummys drilled a hole clean through the tank. They tried to replace the tank, but in the end, Mercedes picked up the tab for their stupidity.
Didn't people complain about this 2 or 3 years ago...
I believe someone said that there is an overflow tube inside the bottle and that if you attempt to fill it up ALL the way, the excess will run out onto the ground without you realizing it.
One time they did not have the proper oil filter in stock, but other than that, (more)
Only thing that was kind of unsettling was the way they gazed at the car the first time i went there. I made sure to talk to the guys a bit and I think that they kind of felt my obsession with the car and some of it rubbed off on them. As to say I think they took some extra care and pride working on it, so i return to the same place every time. Nice bunch of guys
