1996 SL600 Exporting to Canada. Dealer Parts needed ?!

Hello. I'm exporting the SL600 1996 to Canada and MB dealer in Canada told me that I need to install the following:
1) Daytime running lights
2) Rear bumper needs to be changed (I found the part number for Canadian rear bumper 129-880-1071)

Does anyone knows if I have to change above parts in order to register it in Canada?

Can someone help me out with getting a MB dealer where I can purchase the bumper for a REASONABLE price?

If you still need info on what needs to be changed for bringing to Canada let me know. Might be cheaper for you to do the work once the vehicle is up north due to the exchange.
