I dont know what they mean but hear they are.The car is a 1992 300 SL-24 with 195,000 miles.Never had test in Nevada before but passed emissions in Ct in 2011.Did head gasket 2 years ago. Thanks for the help. You guys are the most helpful people I have ever dealt with.
Looks like you have a rich mixture which produce unburned gas as shown by the high CO results. This also influenced the high HC PPM reading.

You need a complete tune up; plug, cap, wires and on a 92 IIRC you can manually adjust lambda (fuel/air mixture) close to 50%. Worst case you my need to replace your O2 sensors and cats if HC is still above specs.

Don't know about the CO but with the high HC, almost anything will pass with a new cat. Check around and see if there is an inexpensive aftermarket cat for it. I have had a few beaters in the past, come test time I would put in a good cat I kept in the garage and take it out after the test and keep it in the garage for the next test. I am dreading my next test because I think the AIR passages in the heads are plugged. I keep getting an air injection code, and I am not looking forward to r&ring the heads.

emission failureI

Just wanted to let everyone Know I passed the emission test. All I did was use crc-05063 in the fuel tank.I had my doubts but I put it in tank and filled it up with gas drove around for a couple of hours.Went to the smog test and I passed and if you read my failure stats something made a big difference. Thanks again for the input you guys are the best.
