yesterday morning i switched on the car, drove it form outside parking to inside my house garage to work on the broken side mirrors. fixed the mirrors and I connected the mirror control circuit as it was disconnected by the previous owner. the mirror control worked fine.
then i went to the windscreen wiper which works fine but no water comes out! so i found a cable as shown in below pics that was disconnected. I found its place and connected it (near the water tank).
AFTER THAT>
i tried to run the car but it didnt run. it was behaving like there was no fuel or like the fuel pump was not pumping fuel. there was a weird sound coming from the engine. you can hear it on the video. fuel pump relay and fuse seemed fine. i disconnected what i connected but still the problem is there. i disconnected the negative terminal of the battery and kept it for an hour, but nothing changed. everything in the car works fine!
please help, i guess its an electrical problem or car computer! just give me your thought of the problem or what i can do before towing the car to the workshop!

Well I won,t be adding much but I am thinking along the lines on an aftermarket alarm, sounds like a half dead horn is going off, can you find one in the engine bay?

The plug you have reconnected at the water bottle I believe is for the headlight washer and not the windscreen. If the PO did away with the headlight wipers like many of us have, he would have disconnected it. I think there is a safety issue with the pump burning out if left connected.
I wonder why he disconnected the mirror? If there was a reason for that maybe you started a previous problem again by reconnecting it.
I have had strange things happen to my car due to bad fuses. One time I was unable to turn the hazard warning lights off whether key in key out switch off whatever. there was also an audible noise. This was a bad connecting fuse in the trunk discovered when I found the trunk light was off and checked the bulb which was good. Top, Roll bar and window issues have all been remedied with fuse replacement. Since replacing all fuses to the copper type as recommended here and cleaning all grubby holders no such issues since.
Maybe when you messed with some connector you blew a fuse somewhere, perhaps that was why the mirror was disconnected. If the car was good before I would think it unlikely you have done anything major to cause your present problem. Check all your fuses closely if they are the old alloy type it may be a fine split if so consider getting copper ones.
now i have an idea of what could be wrong. i will check all fuses and see if theres a blown one. when i take it to the shop i will mention that it could be the ignition switch or alarm that went bad!
just for your information, the car is in a good condition apart form the disconnected mirrors, the PO disconnected them because one of them was broken but still doesnt justify the disconnection! so i guess there might be a problem associated with them.
by the way, i have disconnected what i disconnected as soon as the car didnt start, but still i doesnt start!
i wonder if the fixing cost will be high or something around a $100 i hope it doesnt cost me much!

As Albert would say check before you buy
regarding your trunk light,, i had a similar problem before, the car didnt start the trunk light was off and windows didnt work i remember, turned out to be the fuel pump relay connections which were loose. as soon as i touched the relay, everything worked fine. took it to the shop and the guy said it a known problem with MB loose connections for the fuel pump relay and he fixed it (im not sure if he actually did lol cuz the car started when i touched the rely!) it cost me $40 for his one hour job! the car didnt do it again though.
i checked the car before i bought it everything was fine and i knew about this mirror thingy
