I spent my Black Friday going nuts with Mobil 1 oil (all 0W-40 except for 2 cases 5W-30). I think I got like 70 qts! They are only like $4.99 a qt so I went all day buying them. Some of them did not have enough the 1 qt bottles so they substituted with the 5qt jugs
The place is advance auto parts. You need to order online to get that price.
(I have bought so much stuff for the cars that I cannot keep track. A lot of times I ordered something twice without realizing it. I have several parts at home I have no idea what they are for. I threw them in when I ordered stuff for the SL500. One of these days when I clean up my new "junk" parts, I will take some pictures and ask for help here).
Anyway, hurry up if you want the oil ... good luck!

I usually buy my oil at BJs wholesale warehouse. I get a coupon book in the mail every month and there is always a coupon in there for Mobil 1 every other coupon book or so and its usually like $10-$12 off a case so a 6 quart case comes out to about $28-$30 so I no longer stock up like I had in the past.
doesn't oil expire after a little while? i thought it would separate and whatnot.
I understand mineral oil will degrade with long term storage, but synthetic only degrades with use, because of the contamination from the engine (debris, acids etc) so it should store pretty much indefinately if sealed. Or something like that.....
