May I show a new toy, panoramic roof (Limited edition)

Hello quite long didn't log in here

Just excited after install this new glass roof, my car is SL500 (silver color #744) from 1993 but got the panoramic roof from SL320 (Limited edition) in blue color

Normally I love the soft-top but this roof is a nice option, will put it for a while

The rubber seal is changed already but roof color doesn't match also the chromium trims from roof with Titanium trims on my car, contrast for a little but I like it

Welcome for any comments

Congrats on the pano, its one of my favorite mods.
IMO, the door and pano trim should match. Either choice (titanium or polished aluminum) will look better than having two different trim finishes.
As for the top's color, did you ever consider doing a glossy silver carbon fiber overlay?

Yeah, me too - I like the contrasting roof. I reckon an all black Pano would look good on a lot of different colour cars - it would sort of echo the usual black soft-top but in a lovely curvy shape. Welcome to the 415 Club, I'll be interested to see if you find it too hot in your climate, but the tint looks darker than mine anyway.

Be prepared for the usual hate mail and threats from a mystery masked man, and don't give him your address.....

That 'wrong color' ...makes me see how the Pano would look just a black color. Kinda like a soft top / contrast. Black could look good on your ride?

Hi Dostrix, Just for comparison, this is how it would look matching in 744 Brilliant Silver. I still think doing the pano in black would look really cool though .
Why not try a black vinyl wrap on the sides as a temporary measure to judge the effect? It shouldn't be expensive, and can be removed if you don't like it!
Regards
Steve

A black top will actually go well with most colors as most canvas tops are black.
I have picked up a black Alum top as spare (just in case Elbeik comes to visit) and it looks rather nice on my car.
