Add me to the list guys, have the same problems.
Was raining heavy the wiper was acting up.
Then the locks went south.
I took the vacuum pump out and opened it, it had water in, cleaned it, I also drilled water drain holes in the bottom of the pump to prevent future problems.
Then I noticed that I had water damage on the print board, took out my telescope/ microscope, Haha.
Re solder and by pass the brakes and shorts.
Then more problems the drivers door latch would not lock.
Removed door panel, infra red controls, latch, etc.
The latch something broke inside, no room to see, anyways I fixed it.
Put in a metal screw to hold down the lever/repaired the latch.
Now I can lock/unlock.
The system works on vacuum and pressure to drive the actuators and the A/C.
Everything good,,,, as long as the engine is off.
But when the engine is on or key on position two the vacuum pump is going crazy.
NO VACUUM/ PRESSURE ON THE GAUGE, like you guys.
It goes back and forth.
Something in the ignition is sending double signals.
Wtf, any body has a solution to this mess..........
I am going to be working on that when I have some time.
And YES I did get a new battery. Grrrrr.
Disconnect the vacuum pump guys it is going to cost you. $$$
