Description: Electronic module that fits SL from 1990 to 1996? (the one's with the 4 speed auto gearbox) and allows you to set the car to always start in first gear instead of second. You can adjust the speed the car changes up into 2nd, and down from 2nd to first. Needs a laptop and serial cable to do this. There is no wiring harness with this module just the module itself. The wiring harness is avavilable from Mercedes-benz V8 V12 w126 SE SEC SEL,R129,R107 SL,w124 500E,400E,w116,w140 SEL CL First gear start module tuning transmission as is the software for your laptop and the installation instructions.

2 motor mounts + 2 strut mounts + 1 oil plier = $150 shipped to the lower 48 states. I ordered 2 sets of these for 1999 SL500 and replaced one set of them without any problem.
I have a Passenger side (Right side) 129 door from a 1996 SL600 in perfect condition. It comes with window and window motor. It does not have interior panels, speakers, airbags or mirror. It is black and in excellent condition and priced to sell at $300.
Location is USA CT local pickup is preferred but will create and ship at cost.

2000 Mercedes SL500 KLEEMANN for Sale, 59K miles Silver/Grey in excellent condition. $35,000.00
Second owner since new (purchased 2003 under factory warranty as a lease return with 26k miles). Factory delivered as “AMG Sport” model w/ 18” staggered AMG chrome rims (perfect cond. w/ Michelin Pilot Sports). Eibach “Sport” springs installed and alignment done by Car Nutz, Bellevue WA. All options incl. heated seats; xenon headlights, factory integrated Startack (fully functioning) phone, perfect hardtop (with hoist) etc. are factory installed. The brakes were recently updated (Thanks Benzworld!)with factory cross drilled Silver Arrow rotors, Akebono ceramic pads and braded stainless brake lines (front and rear). The Kleemann Supercharger was installed 5/07 @ 42k miles by Phil Smart Mercedes in Seattle WA. All Kleemann work (nearly 50 hours) was meticulously performed by one of the top MB Tech’s on the West Coast (Ian DeChenne @ a cost of nearly $15k).). All factory service completed and up to date and were performed at Mercedes Dealer by the same Master Technician. Complete records of all service since 2003 are carefully documented.
This SL has always been a second car and has never been driven in the rain, regularly waxed and is garage stored under a factory cover (included) when not in use.
This SL has Seamless power and very easy to drive with near Supercar performance, an opportunity that you will not likely see again.
