How to replace the sun visor?

Greetings friends
Tell to me ,as me to replace a detail #48 on the given reference.http://detali.ru/cat/oem_mb2.asp?TP=...SGR=015&SGN=01 I have bought a detail, but I can not understand as it to replace. I have removed sunvisor, but I do not know what to do further. Prompt, what I should make?

If you have the visor off, remove the screw inside the hole and remove the trim, Hope this helps.

hi i have replaced these items several times, they always crack best thing to do is repair crack with epoxy glue ,will not crack again .Stress on these trims is caused from the lock down mechanism

i removed sunvizor from car.
