I spend most of my time on the W126 forum, but may start spending more time now that this 1996 SL320 is in my garage also.

Classic story... traded in the the original owner, a little old lady (81 years old), 54,500 original miles, bought and serviced at the dealership where she traded it, all the service records, new tires just put on, etc. etc.

Sure, it's not a race car, but it's a fine cruiser and in perfect shape. The 6 cylinder engine feels fine to me.
