the AMG spoiler is what I think is the most suitable for a R129
R129 three piece AMG rear spoiler (Dreiteilinger AMG - Heckspoiler p/n C7880528) from page 37 of the 6/1990 R129 AMG price list w/o paint.
"Option code 260 is "elimination of model designation on rear lid (c 01.05.1968)". So a buyer could opt for a "stealth" version and the AMG badge was mounted in its place. Conversely, the badge was mounted on the right side if the car had the factory model designation badge. Or, since AMG would do whatever the buyer wanted for a price, they may have removed the model designation badge upon customer request. The ducktail spoiler completely covers over the vertical portion of the rear decklid."
