Here are some suggestions, including from Mercedes-Benz, as to what to do with a dead battery. M-B FREE Roadside Assistance in the US Dead battery - what to do! M-B procedure for jump starting the battery and resetting the Power Windows, ESP, Audio, and Clock. Check out the and Vector 12 Volt Lighter Plug Type LCD Battery Tester p/n VEC008 for $12.99 . Battery Tender product used for trickle charging the battery. 12 Volt Antizap Surge Protector w/ LED Look what this guy did with his Battery! Note: It has been suggested that you put a piece of duct tape on your battery with a label that says, "Do not Jump Start or Charge this battery without first contacting the owner."
