Oh, the spring has been a miserable time for me. I have too much to too with my studies and work. But still I made some progress. There is only 1,4 mill. people in Estonia – so you can guess how many R129/W140 600 SL/S/CL were in junkyards: maybe 2 or 3. But I was able to find one with the tranny . So I bought it (on last week). The condition was very good – the oil was red and pure. During the next week I try to open It and adjust the 5 clutches and renew some sealing’s. Yesterday I made some CAD models to connect the 113 engine with old 722.362 tranny – I must say it is quite a challenge for me. If it´s ready I will put some pic here and with some calculations I made with CAD.

Superb work and dedication. I can just about struggle with Autocad for minor construction drawings but nothing like those 3D projections

Wow, it seems somebody's been a busy little beaver. The AMG motor looks amazing in your R129. Cant wait to see the finished product.

Thanks for sharing the procedure, please keep the updates coming.

So some progress – on car registration papers are now 5439 ccm and 350 kW. And also the new "numbers"

On this week I hope to get the custom made intercooler radiator.
Here is the picture of the new “Elektronische Fahrpedal” . It works now after some modifications.

But last weekend I tried the car. Here is a video (without exhaust and cooler). Really I tried to accelerate so much to get it on the move (not burnout) but still it was wayyy too much – it has just too much torque in low rpm. So maybe we can open the “umluftklappe” and reduce the boost or make some modifications on ignition map.
