SpeedDemon is RIGHT contact Dennis. It is really easy. I think I used the following tools:
? 15mm - remove the lower cylinder bolt
phillips screwdriver - remove the screw that holds the back panels
flat head screwdriver - remove the clamp holding the top on the cylinder and the hydrallic clamps
8mm - remove the screw that holds the storage compartment
pliers - remove the vaccum lines for the lock to the back storage compartment
10mm & long extension: to remove the bose base box
I think those are all the tools I used. when you get ready to do it you can give me a call and I will help you. Send me an email with your phone number.

Do yourself a Big Favor and do what everyone else has been saying. Call Dennis Ficken! There are several Forum Members who specialize in their own niche. for example, Bob Terry with electronics, Lynn S. with the ability to search the forum and come up with helpful sites and postings and, of course, Dennis Ficken who does an outstanding job with the hydraulic cylinders. Those guys are the first tools you'll need.
It is a complicated job to get to those cylinders, but I did it with Dennis' help and you can too. Think Positively! SpeedDemon
