Here is a reply from another forum. This is not my car.

4. 1995
5. I had my old cylinders rebuilt. MUCH CHEAPER THAN NEW $30cylinder plus 10.00 shipping and FAST turn around. This may be a good alternative to costly new cylinders.
I had a leak in one of the main lift cylinders. Found a shop willing to remove 4 cylinders (the 4 hardest ones) and sent them to Dennis Ficken for R&R.
Dennis got them back to be pronto, and saved me a lot of dough ($$$$)
U may go to http://www.motors.ebay.com/

If U have problem on 1 cylinder, then it will problem for others !
I had talked with some 129 users in HK, they had the problems on some, they just replaced 2 or 4 units, after 1 to few months, the problem come again.
It is because the decay of parts of cylinders and the unbalance of pressure will accelerate the damage of other cylinders.
Now need to do the rear... and like Snowbilt... I need a description of how with pics as well.... I'm just looking at it and going... HMMMMM LOL. Not to mention, still needing to get the parts which now have to wait because I have a bigger issue with my exhaust at the moment LOL.
Thank you lynns for the location of the reservoir I've been looking everywhere for that little booger LOL.... and no one could tell me where it was or could find it
Searobin where is this guy, Dennis? I see that you are in Clearwater. I'm just across the bay in Apollo Beach. I know that I'm gonna need help with mine.
I have replaced the 2 front ones on my SL320 and i am now getting ready to do the rear ones (do not know exactly wich ones yet) in the SL 300. It is a very messy journey when they break and you are travelling and very far from home.
