Have an 88 560SL that has a sticking accelerato pedal when I depress the pedal to the floor. Any quick fixes I can try before I have to take the car to the mechanic? Thanks for any suggestions.
Have you tried lubricating the linkage? Benz recommends lubricating the linkage with auto transmission fluid every time the engine compartment is cleaned. I've been trying to lubricate it every three months
