Fuel leak at pump

Hi All,
This is my first post. I own a 1986 560 SL with 105k miles.
After 6 month storage, car started immediately, backed out of garage, and after a walk around the car noticed a small circle of gas on driveway. I looked under and noticed leak from fuel pump area. Shut off engine, placed drip pan under it. Went to lunch retuned( 2hrs) and moved car forward to my shop. No signs of the leak could be found. Restart and still no leak.
Any chance this is normal after storage?
Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome, Al.

No..... leaking gas is never normal. Time to get under there and check for wet fuel lines / hoses or a bad crush washer....maybe a varmint chewed through something.
