center console wiring

I'm experiencing trouble reconnecting the lights on the center console. These are the lights for "fasten your seatbelts" and the other small plastic label.

see attachment for my extremely embarrassing paint scheme of the wiring.

The problem is I can't read out any current on the green/red line nor on the blue/gray line. Assuming brown being the negative, no combination gave me any result on the voltage meter. (except for 0,1v on the red/green with the brown)

Fuses are okay. I'm puzzled about this small problem, perhaps I have been overlooking something?

Any feedback is very much welcome!

Blue/gray should be for the DEF label light and the heater control slide lights. Power comes off the instrument cluster backlight dimmer and works along with the clock light and other instrument cluster backlights.

Red/green is for the FSB and gets power from the seatbelt warning relay, which also powers the warning buzzer.

Brown is ground.
