Other then yours, my cap. Do you agree that the short niple goes into the pump? Thats what the digram and picture show. If thats correct it should not be leaking out the end, right? So it was insert wrong (to stop leaking) and I need to find a metal end cap? The truth will come when I recive my checkvalve in mail. I bet the new checkvalve inserted like pictures show the end will not leak.
Your pump doesn't look oem, and if its not taking an oem check valve, I would replace it.

Fuel psi's
You can't replace check valve
Check valve is mounted incorrectly
You only have one of them, shouldn't be too bad $$.
Right, from everything ive seen here the valve was in backwards. Got new checkvalce today at other home. Will check it out Mon/Tues. Will also post picture of new and old checkvalve. Recived info on pump pressure but it was in "bars"? Anyone know what psi is, thought I read 9psi?
