Ebay sells the Heavy Duty Bilstein shocks but also the regular Bilstein Shocks.
What is better for my 1982 380SL?
thanks
CJ
Normally, traditionally, heavies in the front....comfort in the rear.
However, most have been happier with heavies all around. A little harder ride but a little better handling.

Individual parts, even used, are crazy expensive, but if you put them all together into something functional and they're suddenly worth next to nothing. How does that make sense?
4 heavy duty shocks on my car, very pleased with the ride. Handling is improved also.
Still running with the originals on mine with no issues. I may upgrade this winter...

"Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear." - Harry S Truman, August 8, 1950
