Hi, Can someone tell me if the is supposed to be power at the small blue wire from the alternator. It has no volts out of it either with ign on or running.
A few weeks ago i replaced the alternator thinking it was faulty. Symptoms were the charge light never came on with the ignition on and the battery went flat.
Seems the alternator was ok but the bulb was blown. I replaced the bulb and all was good for a few days then the charge light went out again. The bulb is ok this time.
The #5 fuse is ok. Is there any relay in the bunch near the fuses that controls the charge light.
There is power to the instrument cluster on 2 terminals. I think 5 and 7 but i could be wrong on those numbers.
