I need the bottom rail that the driver's side window sits in. It's the rail that is bolted to the window register. Any chance you still have it?
The door glass attaches to the lift rail via friction afforded by the rubber channel gasket. The window pane assembly is listed in the EPC, but neither the rail or gasket are offered separate by MB. If Chuang's window pane is firmly affixed to the lift rail I would suggest you not separate them.
If that train has left the station you may consider sourcing some rubber sheeting of an appropriate thickness to fabricate a friction gasket of your own.
Or take the low road, and glue the rail and pane with this.
Worked for me.

together is fine. I really think it'll be hard to keep them together though. I'm not sure how you'd get them out together. Thanks for any help. Let me know the price and I'll send you the money ASAP. I don't need the glass. Just the bottom rail.
The window and lift rail assembly extracts through the top of the door sill after all the trim and wiper elements are removed. It is meant to be removed and replaced as a unit. I did mine more than a few years ago. Unfortunately I have no pics. I'm sure the MB service publications would have the procedures.
Does anyone have any idea if I'll be able to get someone to haul the body away for free once I strip just about everything off of it?
I guess they're going to have to take the wheels and suspension parts because how else would they be able to get it out of my driveway... That would probably make it worth their while, right?
ChangTzu - I am looking for the rear window, rear bumper, tail lights, window switches and grille. . . So far.
I tore a Land Rover completely apart a few years ago. Took off everything (including rims and brake rotors) except axles. The scrap yard sent a flat bed to haul it away. They didn't give me any $$ but didn't charge any $$ either. Hope that helps.
