Look at the photo.

1. Find idle module under the dash (passenger site)
2. Detach connector at idle control module
3. Switch on ignition
4. Test voltage at pin 2 and 4

I had no voltage between pin 2 and 4.

After changing OVP relay - voltage was back and engine worked fine

So I guess that it either works or it does not??? I have no power at those pins. As I can tell by the wire diagrams that the Idle control relay is powered by the OVP relay. That is why I wanted to test them both...thanx for the info

If there is no power at pin 2 and 4 -> idle module does not work and aux idle valve does not work either. That is the reason for your low power problem.

New OVP relay costs around $60.
Please report, if new OVP relay solves your problem.
